Tile is one of the most common roof types in the East Valley. The tile itself is durable, but it isn't what keeps water out: the underlayment beneath it is. Cracked or slipped tiles, worn underlayment, and tired flashing are where leaks usually start.

Desert sun and wind are hard on shingles. When they curl, crack, or blow off, the roof deck is exposed to the next storm. We repair damaged areas properly and handle larger shingle roof work when a repair no longer makes sense.
Flat and low-slope roofs, including spray foam, are common across the Valley. Seams open up, water ponds, and coatings wear thin in the sun. We clean and repair the problem areas, then seal and coat so water sheds the way it should.
A roof coating is preventative maintenance. Instead of waiting for a leak, we repair the problem spots first, then roll a waterproof, reflective coating over the roof to seal it up. It's a good fit for older-style roofs and roofs that are reaching an age where small cracks and worn seams start to show.

We coat flat (including foam) and asphalt shingle roofs. Tile roofs are evaluated case by case, depending on their condition and whether they’ve been coated before. Not every roof is a good candidate, so we start with a free inspection and tell you honestly whether a coating makes sense for yours.
Water often shows up inside far from where it gets in. We trace the leak to its source and fix that, so you aren't paying for the same patch twice. If a repair will do the job, we'll tell you.
